IMPORTANT: If boarding at our home make sure to reserve the drop off day/time and pick up day/time. If pet sitting (where we come to your home) make sure to reserve every day/time you need service (we can come 1-2 visits a day).
Refund/Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds, even if you return early to pick up your pet. Boarding cancellations made without a 72 hour notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on total fee quoted to you. We are a small boarding facility and when you make a reservation a spot is held just for your pet(s).
